What is the return policy?
Products purchased on staticblok.com may be returned within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund.
We are not able to accept returns on purchases older than 30 days. We also do not accept returns of
purchases from any retail channel except staticblok.com. We do not reimburse shipping costs or the
cost to return unless exchanged. We only take returns for all shipments originating from the continental US.

How do I return a staticblok.com purchase?
Send an email to info@staticblok.com we will need the following information:
1. Contact information: full name, full address, phone#, and email address
2. Order number
3. Details regarding which product(s) you would like to return
4. And the reason for returning (this is for quality control and product improvement reasons)You will then receive an email with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Once your return is received, please allow 14 business days for your credit to be applied to the original form of payment.
Due to Covid-19 our receiving will put the return in a quarantined holding location for the safety of our employees for 7 days before the item is processed through returns.

How do I return a non staticblok.com purchase?
Products that were not purchased through staticblok.com, please return to the location you purchased
it from.
